The Left Has Declared War On Small Businesses. One Small Conservative Business Is Fighting Back.
When Sam B. and his wife decided to start a small conservative T-Shirt brand they never imagined that they would end up battling Big Tech and Big Government in a battle to save the American Dream.
Boerne TX. Baller Hoodie's mission has always been to give conservatives a way to express themselves in a world where the media marginalizes our opinions. The freedom-loving fashion brand was founded in 2019 by Sam and Korrie who were sick of seeing the media scoff at traditional American values. "Many Conservatives temd to avoid confrontation. We do not want to be loud and prefer to avoid conflict. Most of us just want to be left alone to work hard, raise our families and work towards the American Dream," said Sam. Baller Hoodies was created to give patriotic citizens a fun way to express their values in civil, yet visible manner.
Almost immediatley the tiny company found themselves in a battle with Big Tech. Their first design, a simple, "In God We Trust" shirt was immediately banned by social media. Facebook flagged it as a "Violation of community standards" and forbid it from being posted. Twitter and Instagram quickly followed, effectively making it impossible to display the shirt. Appeals were denied and within days the brand was banned from advertising online. Stunned, the couple tried to bypass social media only to have their ecommerce provider flag and pull six other popular designs. "We got cancelled, I don't know what else to call it," said Korrie. The couple expected pushback on their political views, but were surprised at the hostility aimed at any design that mentioned God. It was a coordinated war on not just conservative views but also on Christianity.
It got so bad that the duo was about to pull the plug on the entire brand but they wouldn't let their Conservative views be bullied into silence. That was when the community stepped up. First it was our church sending out our story and bringing us customers and then it was our neighbors. Soon, word of mouth grew and suddenly Baller Hoodies was back in business. "We have been humbled by the outpouring of support from patriots around the country. We cannot thank everyone enough. When we were down the conservatives had out backs and showed us how powerful the Silent Majority really is."

Korrie and I never forget to be thankful. As we celebrate the season, we often sit with our two boys (plus three dogs and a cat), and discuss the many blessings that we have been given.

Baller Hoodies was founded in 2019 by Sam and Korrie Brown after their 16 year old son complained that there were no cool conservative T-Shirts. At the time, the market was dominated with Anti-Trump propaganda and they wanted to change that.
